Registry and Incentive Management System for the Rural Health Transformation Program

The Georgia Department of Community Health is seeking a vendor to provide a registry and incentive management system for the Rural Health Transformation Program. The agency needs a centralized system to register clinicians participating in the preceptor incentive program and physicians participating in the physician incentive program.
