Security Control Centre IT Modernization Services

The government authority in Ontario is seeking a fully supported, reliable, and robust security control centre software-as-a-service solution to replace its existing on-premises security center system. The project covers the supply and integration of cloud-enabled cameras and a power over ethernet voice mass notification system. The required technical scope encompasses a cross domain solution, air gap computer, cryptographic protection, WiFi/wireless, and Bluetooth technology. The selected provider must manage baseline configuration, vulnerability scanning, malicious code protection, and software, firmware, and information integrity. The agency also requires robust access controls, including account management, remote access, access enforcement, role-based access control, and role-based security training. While the performance of the work will occur offsite, the agency requires attendance at a mandatory work site visit on May 25, 2026. Eligibility is restricted to onshore Canadian organizations only. The agency is establishing a contract period of one year. The budget is not specified, as the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the cost.
