Agenda and Meeting Management System

The county is seeking a comprehensive agenda and meeting management system to modernize its processes and align with industry best practices. The agency needs to streamline workflows by implementing automated solutions for agenda management, meeting management, speaker appearance management, and vote management. Additionally, the system must provide public access to court agendas and meeting results, alongside integrated audio and video streaming capabilities. The selected vendor must perform a comprehensive assessment of the county's current identity and access management tools and processes. All project work, including data processing, system development, support, and hosting, must occur within the United States. While the performance of the work will be offsite, the county reserves the right to determine the appropriateness of online and remote work arrangements on a case-by-case basis. Eligible bidders must be United States organizations. The county is requesting budget proposals for a contract period of one year. Bidders may submit their responses digitally via email or online. The county will hold a pre-bid meeting on June 3, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 5, 2026.
