The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a Domain Name System, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, and IP Address Management solution. This solution must support a hybrid cloud environment combining on-premises infrastructure with public, private, or hybrid cloud providers, specifically including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. The agency requires a system that can administer, track, allocate, and manage IP address space and related network resources. The scope of work requires specific technical capabilities, including the ability to update internal Domain Name System records via Microsoft Active Directory Domain controllers.
