Capital Improvement Plan Development Service

The City of Greensboro, Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide capital improvement plan development services. The agency needs to compile information from existing city planning and project documents into a standardized Capital Improvement Plan document. This document must utilize a standard office software application compatible with Microsoft Office, such as a spreadsheet or word processing application, to allow city staff to easily update, maintain, and incorporate the plan into the city budget. The project scope requires the facilitation of public review and comment opportunities to help identify potential capital projects. This public participation component must utilize social media platforms, specifically Facebook, Mindmixer, and My Sidewalk, to gather community input. Additionally, the agency requires at least one traditional, in-person community meeting to engage the public. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the contract work to occur offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has scheduled a pre-bid meeting for May 28, 2026.
