Next Generation 9-1-1 Solutions

The agency is seeking Next Generation 9-1-1 solutions to modernize its emergency communications infrastructure. The project aims to identify available technologies, platforms, and services while assessing vendor capabilities, experience, and deployment models. Through this process, the agency intends to gather information on cost structures, timelines, and implementation considerations to inform future procurement strategies and budget planning. The requested scope of work covers an Emergency Services IP Network, Next-Generation Core Services, statewide GIS datasets, and data-sharing APIs. The agency requires options for interoperability, cybersecurity, and statewide or regional integration. All performance of the work must occur offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to participate. The agency is looking for budget proposals and cost structures from bidders to understand the financial requirements of the implementation. The agency has scheduled the deadline for submitting questions for May 29, 2026. A pre-bid conference will take place on June 3, 2026.
