OnBase Maintenance and Technical Support Services

The Michigan-based government authority is seeking a qualified vendor to provide OnBase maintenance and technical support services. The agency needs to maintain its existing software infrastructure and resolve technical issues to ensure continuous operations. The contract period for these services will span one year. The scope of work covers maintenance and support for concurrent client licenses, production document imaging licenses, and application enabler software. The selected vendor must also support workflow concurrent client SL licenses and API integration for JIS, TCS, and WebTCS systems. All performance of the requested work must occur offsite.
