The City of City Hall is seeking a vendor to design, fabricate, and install a permanent monument sign with an integrated LED message center. The city needs to solve the problem of public messaging by implementing a durable, highly visible, and easy-to-maintain communication feature. This sign must reflect the rural character and architectural context of the city, remaining consistent with current wayfinding, gateway signage, and graphic standards. The scope of work covers the physical sign installation and the provision of a cloud-based or networked content management system with remote access capability for desktop and mobile devices. The requested full-color RGB LED display must feature a pixel pitch of 6mm to 10mm, wide-angle visibility of 140 degrees or greater, and an outdoor weather rating of IP65 or better. The system must also include auto-dimming with an ambient light sensor, a user-friendly interface for non-technical staff, and the ability to schedule messages, emergency alerts, and community notices. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the work will take place offsite. The city has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost. The city has scheduled a pre-bid meeting for June 3, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 5, 2026. The evaluation of proposals will depend on how well the submitted designs and systems meet the specified technical and aesthetic requirements.
