Job Profiling and Workplace Skills Assessment System

The agency is seeking a job profiling and workplace skills assessment system to support the JOBS program, adult education, and case management services. The system must include a job profiling tool or process that identifies the specific skill requirements and skill levels needed to perform successfully in a given role. Additionally, the agency requires an assessment tool to measure the workplace skills of a diverse workforce, including employed, unemployed, and underemployed individuals with varying educational backgrounds and abilities. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected contractor will perform all work offsite over a contract period of five years.
