RFI for Automate License Plate Reader (ALPR) Program Services and System

The City is seeking information to establish a city-wide Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) program services and system. The agency needs a solution capable of providing real-time alerts and enhancing ongoing law enforcement investigations. This system must operate effectively to monitor license plates across the municipality and deliver actionable data to city personnel. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based exclusively in the United States of America. The agency requires the performance of all contracted work to occur offsite. Interested parties must submit their responses digitally, either via email or through the designated online portal. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and financial structure of the program. All questions regarding this request for information must be submitted to the agency no later than May 22, 2026.
