Cloud-Based Pay Equity Software

The County is seeking a hosted, secure, and user-friendly cloud-based pay equity software solution to conduct automated, statistical pay equity analysis across its workforce of over 700 job classifications. This software will replace the current manual, spreadsheet-based processes with a system capable of performing multivariate statistical analysis. The agency needs this solution to support annual, ad hoc, and time-of-hire analyses to ensure informed, equitable compensation practices. The scope of work requires the platform to generate visual dashboards, customizable reporting tools, and standardized reports that highlight areas of pay disparity and potential risk. The selected provider must deliver actionable remediation options, regular system backups, disaster recovery protocols, and annual system performance reviews. Additionally, the agency requires ongoing software updates and opportunities for system enhancements throughout the contract term. The contract period will span three years, and the work may be performed either onsite or offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. While the agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, it has established key procurement dates. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for May 19, 2026, and all questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted no later than May 28, 2026.
