Web-Based Information Technology Managed Solution

The State is seeking a vendor-managed solution for information technology contingent staffing. The agency needs a web-based system to handle contracted personnel recruitment and placement, including specialized and niche IT areas. The selected vendor will also manage performance tracking and implement an interactive web-based system with online search and query functions. The requested scope includes timekeeping and interfacing with existing State timekeeping solutions, specifically the State’s PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning system. The solution may also require an interface with existing State ERP finance solutions. The agency is contracting for a period of two years, and the performance of the work will take place offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of the project.
