Oracle Fusion Platform Management and Trading Partner Integration Service

The issuing agency is seeking a strategic partner to provide healthcare supply chain data management and trading partner integration services in support of the Oracle Fusion platform. The agency needs to establish a trusted and standardized enterprise item master through data cleansing, enrichment, and governance. To solve operational inefficiencies, the agency aims to reduce manual workarounds related to item maintenance and supplier transactions while improving contract, pricing, and supplier data alignment across procurement and accounts payable workflows. The selected partner must streamline procurement, inventory, and supply chain workflows across the organization while enhancing supply chain planning, inventory visibility, and product traceability to support clinical and patient care needs. Additionally, the project requires improving data transparency and reporting to provide timely, accurate supply chain data for cost management and operational decision-making. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or through the online system, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the bidder's ability to ensure consistent and standardized business processes supported by reliable data governance.
