Fuel Management System

The agency is seeking a complete fuel management system to track fuel data and integrate seamlessly with its existing Agile Assets asset management software and PeopleSoft financial system software. This procurement addresses the need for a secure, fully integrated system by requiring the contractor to provide all necessary equipment, hardware, software, and sufficient storage to deploy and support the solution. The system must collect fuel data, prevent unauthorized access through robust security measures like redundant firewalls, anti-virus software, and data encryption, and generate highly customized reports. The scope of work requires the contractor to deliver ongoing system support as needed and establish a clear communication plan. This plan must outline objectives, goals, and tools for top-down, bottom-up, and cross-organizational communications, managed through a designated single point of contact. Performance of the work can take place either onsite or offsite depending on project requirements. Eligibility is strictly limited to United States organizations. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
