Global Engagement Subject Matter Experts Services

The government authority located in Ontario is seeking global engagement subject matter experts to support its international initiatives. The agency requires these experts to complete sector and market studies, establish and undertake detailed designs during implementation, manage projects, deliver training, and monitor and evaluate projects at completion. To solve these operational needs, the selected provider must deliver personnel who possess strong interpersonal skills, tolerance for ambiguity, adaptability, and exceptional verbal communication skills. The scope of work requires the selected experts to write clear and concise reports for multiple audiences and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. The agency expects personnel to exhibit a strong capacity to work in a multicultural environment, showing understanding and respect for differences alongside a passion for individual and institutional capacity building. All performance of the work will occur offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to define the financial terms. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than May 26, 2026.
