The agency is seeking Salesforce platform implementation services to migrate its current processes out of disparate emails, Microsoft Teams chats, to-dos, and offline contract management. This implementation will establish a centralized Event and Vendor Management Platform where all staff can collaborate efficiently. The project covers configuring and implementing the Salesforce platform to develop a vendor management database equipped with contract processing, vendor coordination, and communication features. The platform will enable the agency to manage vendors, orchestrate contracts, enable core customer relationship management, conduct omni-channel outreach, and integrate with legacy systems. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency requires the performance of all work to occur offsite.
