Recreation Management Software

The Municipality is seeking a vendor to provide recreation management software that integrates with Catalist accounting. The agency requires API access to display facility management schedules on existing digital screens through a third-party coordinator. The requested software must deliver a clear, easy end-user experience and include modules for managing facilities, memberships, programs, event billings, bookings, and registrations. The scope of work covers activity registrations for courses, classes, custom sessions, events, and drop-in admissions for members and non-members. The system must handle facility amenity registrations, including joint use agreements with local school boards, as well as equipment reservations for events. The selected vendor must manage membership and account data, which includes transferring unused punches from active punch cards on the current system to the new software. The agency requires an integrated, customizable point-of-sale program that complies with PCI standards and supports payment via cash, credit, debit, gift cards, and checks. The successful proponent must take responsibility for transferring gift cards purchased on the current software system to the new solution as part of their project management duties. The contract period will span one year, and the performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in Canada.
