Contract Lifecycle Management Software

The agency is seeking a contract lifecycle management software solution to update its current tools and procedures. The goal of this initiative is to provide greater efficiency, tracking, and visibility throughout the contract lifecycle. The requested system must handle the creation, modification, secure storage, and electronic workflow routing of contracts. The scope of work requires tracking important dates, automatically calendaring events for internal stakeholders, and maintaining an approved template library. The software must support an automated process for the Finance department to receive internal stakeholder approval before processing invoices. Additionally, the system must feature automated blocks or notifications when a contract is past its term or when an invoice exceeds an approved threshold. The agency requires integration with SharePoint, Stampli for accounts payable, or Sage Intacct for accounting, as well as automatic document storage in SharePoint. The platform must support electronic signing with both DocuSign and Adobe Acrobat Sign. The system must track customizable fields including start, end, and renewal dates, internal contract owners, counterparty names, counterparty contact information, contract types, and costs. Bidders worldwide are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The performance of the work will take place entirely offsite.
