Event Services

The district is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive event services for various events hosted across its locations. The district needs to solve the logistical challenge of sourcing multiple event-related services by securing a single provider for balloon art, face painting, photo booth services, photography, videography, sign art, yard sign art, and disc jockey services. The scope of work covers the design and creation of balloon decorations, professional face painting for different age groups, and photo booth setup with props, backdrops, and prints. The selected vendor must also deliver professional event photography and videography, including candid shots, group photos, and special moments, with digital copies provided to the district after the event. For signage needs, the district requires custom design and production of posters, banners, directional signage, large backdrops, and the placement of yard signs across district locations. The requested disc jockey services must include music, emcee services, and sound system setups for dances, pep rallies, and graduations. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. While the performance of the work will take place offsite, the district requires both digital and print options for the final deliverables. Proposals must be submitted digitally via email or online, and the district is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget. The district has scheduled a pre-bid meeting for June 16, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 22, 2026. The evaluation criteria will be based on the submitted proposals.
