Podcast Production Services

The selected vendor must edit Zoom recordings to remove mistakes, pauses, technical issues, and other unnecessary content to ensure the final audio and video are polished and ready for publication. For the video versions, the project requires incorporating photos, graphics, logos, lower-thirds, episode title graphics, branding elements, and other visual enhancements. The scope of work also includes creating one promotional reel of approximately thirty seconds from each episode, delivered in a vertical format optimized for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The vendor must handle distribution by uploading completed video episodes to the Foundation YouTube channel and audio episodes to Spotify for Creators with all proper episode details included. All performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency welcomes proposals from vendors worldwide, as the eligibility rules allow for global participation. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or through the online portal.
