Wayfinding Refresh Services

The issuing agency is seeking integrated professional signage, wayfinding, passenger information, and digital messaging design services to support the A Concourse and C Concourse Wayfinding Refresh projects. The agency needs to solve the problem of outdated or disconnected navigational systems by integrating new signage and passenger information environments with broader terminal and concourse systems. The scope of work covers reviewing existing architectural, mechanical, structural, and electrical conditions, evaluating existing wayfinding systems, and coordinating passenger-facing digital messaging and train platform information environments. The selected vendor will also coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, technology, and life-safety disciplines to integrate signage into the overall project design. Additionally, the agency requires the facilitation of design charrettes, needs assessments, and coordination meetings with key stakeholders such as Operations, Concessions, Maintenance, Business Technologies, and Planning and Design. The scope also includes construction-phase support, specifically reviewing shop drawings, responding to requests for information, and coordinating with fabricators and installers. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or through an online portal. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget and will award a contract with a term of three years. A pre-bid conference will take place on May 27, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 3, 2026.
