Drive Tributary Improvements and Warning Signs Supplies

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide drive tributary improvements and warning signs supplies. The project covers the installation of a manhole and trash collection structure in Exposition Park, as well as the installation of four new storm drain inlets and associated piping at the intersection of Drive and Moline Street. Additionally, the scope of work requires the installation of six flood warning sign/utility pole foundations, alongside an underground utility box and sidewalk chase at Avenue. The agency requires the selected contractor to handle all associated demolition, utility coordination, restoration, testing, and other activities necessary to construct the proposed improvements. All performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online. The agency has scheduled a pre-bid conference for May 27, 2026, and requires all questions to be submitted no later than June 2, 2026.
