Graphic Design and GIS Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide graphic design and geographic information systems (GIS) services. The selected provider will participate in defining requirements, translate client needs and branding strategies into design strategies, and select design elements that harmonize with existing or desired branding schemes. The scope of work includes developing content, visualizations, videos, graphics, maps, editable templates, materials, presentations, digital and printed reports, and marketing materials such as email marketing, flyers, brochures, infographics, press packets, and campaign videos. The agency requires the conceptualization of visuals and data dashboards using appropriate colors, fonts, images, and layouts. The project involves utilizing supportive copywriters and creative directors to produce final designs, testing video and graphics across various media, and amending designs after feedback. The vendor must provide visual design and supportive materials for annual reports, marketing and fundraising campaigns, board meetings, and community outreach efforts. The agency also requires GIS maps for various projects, which includes producing data layers, maps, tables, or reports using spatial analysis procedures or GIS technology. The provider must design graphic representations of GIS data to create visually digestible dashboards and materials, while also providing technical expertise and integration recommendations. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States, and the performance of the work must be conducted onsite. The contract period will be for one year.
