Copy-editing, Design and layout, Proofing and Printing Services - Budget - Up to 300,000 EUR

The National Museum of Ireland is seeking a vendor to provide copy-editing, design and layout, proofing, and printing services. The agency needs to produce, print, and deliver approximately five monograph publication titles over a four-year period. This project aims to prepare and publish these books for the interested general public. The scope of work requires copy-editing the submitted text and images with the target audience in mind. The selected vendor must produce complete designs and layouts, including front and back covers, internal pages, tables, and charts. The agency expects the vendor to typeset the text and images based broadly on the production files of a recent museum publication, which the agency will supply. The vendor must also liaise with the museum's director of collections and access and learning, or another designated keeper of collections who is project managing the book. Only organizations based onshore in Ireland are eligible to bid for this opportunity. The performance of the work will take place offsite.
