MOSAICA Signage Service

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide MOSAICA signage services to establish a strong site-based identity through building signage and illumination. The project requires removing or transitioning existing roadside signage, which is subject to external coordination, and developing on-site monument and wayfinding signage. The selected vendor must review all signage locations, evaluate stucco surfaces to identify required repair, patching, or refinishing, and assess the electrical infrastructure for signage and lighting. The scope of work covers identifying discrepancies and providing recommendations for the site. Specific deliverables include the removal and coordination of Sign 6, which is the Siringo monument sign, as well as providing entrance panel and logo signage. The vendor must also deliver new on-site monument and identity signage and conduct an exterior wayfinding signage review. The agency requires all work to be performed offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. The agency will hold a pre-bid meeting on May 26, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 05, 2026.
