RFI for Artist Residency Program Service

The agency is seeking an artist residency program service to serve the community through arts-based solutions that beautify public parking spaces. The selected artist will design and lead activities to gather input from residents, ensuring that the resulting designs reflect community stories and voices. These community insights will inform the development of preliminary design concepts for wayfinding and placemaking interventions. The scope of work covers public art, community engagement, and site-specific design. The project requires the creation of four murals and wayfinding element projects. The artist must design, fabricate, and install these creative solutions for placemaking and wayfinding. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the work must take place onsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. A pre-proposal meeting will take place on June 10, 2026. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 15, 2026.
