Historic VIP Records Sign Restoration and Installation Service

The City of Los Angeles is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preservation, restoration, and installation services for the historic VIP records sign, along with associated site improvements. The agency needs to solve the deterioration of this historic asset by securing professional architectural and engineering design services for its refurbishment. This project requires the preparation of design plans, graphics, renderings, project schedules, cost estimates, specifications, product submittals, and all other tasks necessary to complete the restoration. The scope of work covers pre-design site analysis reports and studies, followed by schematic designs and conceptual drawings based on those approved pre-design documents. The selected contractor must then prepare design development-level working drawings and execute the overall sign refurbishment and construction services offsite.
