Park Entranceway Signs Fabrication and Installation Service

The Town is seeking a vendor to fabricate and install park entranceway signs at multiple town park locations. The agency needs to replicate the existing town sign located at Founder's Park, adhering strictly to town-approved conceptual designs and specifications. This project aims to standardize and refresh the physical branding at the entrances of various municipal parks. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to prepare and submit shop drawings, foundation and mounting details, and engineered calculations necessary for permitting. The vendor must obtain all required fabrication and installation permits before commencing work. Fabrication of the signage must utilize durable, exterior-grade materials that meet all local wind-load and building code requirements. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The physical fabrication of the signage will occur offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the designated online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
