The project requires integrating the app with existing digital platforms and floor plans to provide efficient pathway instructions, while coordinating closely with agency staff to meet project specifications and infrastructure requirements. The chosen provider must manage project coordination, delivery and implementation control, testing, and project closeout, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. While the agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to define the cost, the resulting contract will span a four-year period. The agency has scheduled a pre-bid meeting for May 19, 2026, to discuss the project requirements. Bidders must submit all questions regarding the opportunity no later than May 26, 2026.
