Additionally, the agency requires the production and mailing of approved bilingual informational materials to each resident household or mailing address within specified agency zip codes. The scope further includes executing a social media geofencing campaign targeted within these same zip codes. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America.
