City Hall Monument and LED Sign Service

The City of City Hall is seeking a qualified vendor to design, fabricate, and install a permanent monument sign with an integrated LED message center at City Hall. The agency needs a durable, highly visible, and easy-to-maintain communication feature for public messaging. The sign must reflect the City’s rural character and architectural context, remaining consistent with current wayfinding, gateway signage, and graphic standards. The scope of work covers the general design intent, the monument sign structure, and the LED message center specifications. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations, and the performance of the work will be offsite. The agency will host an optional pre-bid conference on June 3, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding the opportunity no later than June 5, 2026.
