Digital Advertising Services

The agency is seeking comprehensive digital advertising services to enhance recruitment of sworn and civilian personnel and maximize successful applicant entry into the agency academy. The project aims to solve recruitment challenges through targeted outreach, specifically focusing on military recruitment pipelines and specialized job board postings. Additionally, the agency requires support for community engagement to promote department programs, community events, and critical public safety announcements. The scope of work covers hosting, maintaining, and managing the official recruitment portal, alongside developing an agile digital advertising strategy aligned with agency priorities. The selected provider must recommend and optimize a media mix across search, social, display, and video platforms, including Google SEM, Organic/Local SEO, Meta, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and AdScroll Mobile Campaigns. The agency also requires creative asset development, coordination with the Public Information Office, regional and lateral geographic campaign execution, conversion tracking, monthly dashboards, and staff training. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted offsite. The contract period will span one year, and the agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 5, 2026.
