Social Media and Creator Agency Partner Service

The agency is seeking a social media and creator agency partner to provide a comprehensive range of services across social media strategy, content development, creator marketing, campaign delivery, and performance measurement. The selected partner will resolve the agency's need for strategic advisory, content management, creator marketing, and measurement, reporting, and learning. The scope of work covers social media accounts including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, alongside established ways of working and collaboration. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in Ireland. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for proposals to determine the financial framework. The agency requires all clarification questions to be submitted no later than June 12, 2026. The evaluation criteria will assess the proposed social media strategy, content development capabilities, creator marketing approach, campaign delivery methods, and performance measurement systems.
