Geospatial Support Services

The City and County of Denver, acting through its government authority in Denver, Colorado, is seeking geospatial support services to advance its operational and strategic initiatives. These services must align with the agency's Vision 100 and Operation 2045 goals and objectives. The selected contractor will support the development, management, analysis, visualization, and integration of spatial data and geospatial systems across interdependent environments, including airside and landside infrastructure, utilities, assets, digital campus initiatives, public data sharing, and enterprise integrations. The scope of work requires enterprise GIS and geospatial systems support, which includes the configuration, enhancement, administration, and optimization of Esri-based systems such as ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, web applications, dashboards, and mobile solutions. The agency also requires geospatial system architecture planning, environment assessments, and recommendations for performance, scalability, reliability, and security. Additional responsibilities span geospatial data development, airside geospatial analysis, indoor geospatial services, landside and utilities support, applications and decision support, analytics, digital delivery, and stakeholder coordination. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all contracted work to be performed onsite in Denver, Colorado. The resulting contract will span a performance period of five years. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this initiative.
