Geographical Information Systems (GIS) Contract Support Services

The City of Norco, California is seeking professional contract support services to manage and enhance its Geographical Information Systems. The agency needs to solve the challenge of maintaining accurate spatial data, integrating systems, and supporting staff with specialized GIS tasks. The selected contractor will update existing map layers with new city-provided data, create new datasets and map layers, and digitize data from as-builts or CAD files. The scope of work covers ArcGIS data and mapping support, ArcGIS Server professional services, application development, and ArcGIS Online support. The contractor must administer, design, and implement ArcGIS Server solutions, as well as develop applications using ArcGIS Desktop or ArcGIS Server. Additionally, the agency requires assistance with network administration, map book creation, and integration with the city's asset management and work order software, CentralSquare EAM. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to occur offsite. Proposals must be submitted digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget.
