RFI Drainage Asset Collection Services

The agency is seeking drainage asset collection services to obtain feedback and collect drainage infrastructure in the field. The project aims to solve the problem of incomplete infrastructure tracking by creating and validating a GIS-based Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) asset inventory. Field units equipped with accurate ESRI software will collect the necessary data. The scope of work requires the provider to deliver a GIS framework for MS4 data collection, including the required schema, domains, attributes, and fields for two new node and line layers. The agency requires the comparison of newly collected data against the existing MS4 layer, the County-maintained Road layer, and other relevant GIS datasets. This comparison will identify and reconcile discrepancies in alignment, size, right-of-way, and ownership. Eligibility rules restrict participation to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to occur offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions no later than July 10, 2026.
