Security Video Equipment Maintenance and Repair Service

The agency classifies equipment access into easy access, which is indoors or readily accessible, and medium access, which may require traffic control or limited nighttime hours. The agency will provide any necessary traffic control and lane closures for medium access locations. Bidders must be located onshore within the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The selected contractor must perform all physical maintenance and repair work onsite at the Alhambra location. The agency requires the contractor to provide a response and action plan within twenty-four hours of a reported trouble or equipment breakdown, whether notified by phone, email, or in person. The agency is seeking proposals to determine the budget and cost structure for these services. The resulting contract will run for a period of one year.
