CCTV and Video Management System Installation Service

The School District of Philadelphia is seeking a vendor to provide closed-circuit television and video management system installation services at its government authority location in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The agency needs to replace its existing surveillance system with a completely new system, including all video surveillance control equipment, field devices, and wiring. To prevent security gaps, the agency requires the existing surveillance system to remain fully intact and operational until the new system is completed, tested, commissioned, and turned over for use. Once the new system is commissioned and accepted, the selected vendor must remove all existing analog or internet protocol cameras and video head-end equipment and return them to the owner. The scope of work covers camera installation, including conduit, cable, mounts, termination, secure digital cards, and the adjustment of the camera field of view, focus, and image clarity. The agency requires the complete disabling of all audio and microphone capabilities during camera configuration so that no camera captures audio in any format. The project also requires camera internet protocol address assignment, programming sheets, camera discovery in Genetec Security Center, and the application of camera credentials provided by the consultant. Additionally, the selected vendor must provide Genetec Security Center licenses for all cameras, deliver a camera deployment guide to the security contractor, configure the Kiwi Camera Integrity Monitor, and configure camera secure digital cards in Genetec. The selected vendor must also provide the internet protocol address range and camera nomenclature to the security contractor, configure system user, operator, and administrator access privileges, and program single sign-on. The agency requires the configuration of the Genetec System Health Monitoring Dashboard and the creation of two administrator users for the School District of Philadelphia in Genetec Security Center. To be eligible for this opportunity, bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States of America.
