Security Fence Service

The government authority located in Grand Forks, North Dakota is seeking a vendor to provide security fence services. The agency needs to secure its facility by installing new fencing and bollards while removing a portion of existing chain link fence. This project aims to enhance physical security at the designated location through the installation of durable barriers. The scope of work requires the provider to supply and install a six-inch schedule 60 bolt-down style bollard, which must include the mounting plate and bolts. The selected contractor must also install approximately 350 linear feet of six-foot-high aluminum eff-20 fence and approximately 105 linear feet of six-foot-high vinyl-coated chain link fence. Additionally, the project covers all necessary hardware, concrete pier footings, the demolition of approximately 20 linear feet of existing chain link fence as shown in the drawings, and the installation of a 48-inch-wide swing gate designed to match the eff-20 fence. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. Performance of the physical work will take place offsite from the contractor's primary location, specifically at the agency site in Grand Forks. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and cost for this project. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 11, 2026.
