The agency needs to replace fifty-seven panels and three hundred sixty card readers across its locations to ensure a secure and functioning access control system. The scope of work requires pulling new low-voltage data cabling through existing conduits to replace the current wiring. Bidders must provide a price per linear foot for this cabling service, as the size and scope vary by site. For thirteen specific sites containing trenches that convey wiring to gates, pedestals, or remote readers, bidders must also provide a price per linear foot for trenching or micro-trenching in the event that the existing conduit is failing and unusable.
