Armed Security Guard Services

The East Baton Rouge Mortgage Finance Authority is seeking armed security guard services to secure its government facility in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The agency requires guards to occupy designated workstations on time, remain awake and alert at all times, and prevent unauthorized personnel from entering the premises. Guards must possess the ability to restrain and detain persons as necessary to ensure the safety of agency staff and customers, as well as appear in court to testify regarding incidents occurring in and around the location. The agency limits eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. All contracted work must be performed onsite at the Baton Rouge facility. The agency is currently looking for budget proposals from interested bidders. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or through the designated online portal.
