Security Controls, Building Secure Door and Lock Replacement Service

The Orange County Corrections Department in Orlando, Florida is seeking a vendor to renovate an existing Booking and Release Center building. The agency needs to replace the existing security and controls system with a new Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition driven programmable logic control system interface. This new system will manage and support the correctional building operations via touchscreen control stations. The project covers the renovation of the existing control room to replace millwork, the addition of a secondary control room, and new floor finishes for both control room spaces. System upgrades include programmable logic controllers, human-machine interfaces, closed-circuit television systems, intercom systems, door controllers, officer down systems, access control, lighting and water systems controllers, and all associated electrical work. The agency requires thorough testing of the new systems, seamless migration of existing systems, system demonstrations, and staff training. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. Bidders must perform the required work offsite.
