Security Guard Services

The government authority in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking uniformed security guards, both armed and unarmed, to provide comprehensive security services at designated facilities. The agency requires daily, consistent supervision, guidance, and direction for all assigned security guards to ensure high performance and immediate correction of any inappropriate behavior or policy violations. Supervisors must conduct daily briefings, monitor guard appearance, and review all daily reports and Security Incident Reports for completeness and readability. The scope of work requires the selected provider to maintain a roving security presence and perform regular security checks on facilities and properties during each shift. Although the agency is located in Phoenix, the performance of the work is designated as offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States.
