Security Services

The University of New Brunswick is seeking a Canadian organization to provide onsite security services for its campus. The agency requires a total of 248 hours of security coverage per week, which includes one guard providing continuous twenty-four-hour daily coverage. The scope also demands forty hours of weekly supervisory coverage and an additional ten hours of guard coverage on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. The selected vendor must provide and utilize necessary computers, software, and related systems, including closed-circuit television and reporting systems. Campus security personnel must also remain available to respond to after-hours alarms during weekday evenings, nights, or weekends. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for these services. Only onshore organizations based in Canada are eligible to bid on this opportunity. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this procurement no later than June 19, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the submitted bids to select the service provider.
