Surveillance and Security System Preventative Maintenance Services

The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority in San Jose, California is seeking a vendor to provide licensing, preventative maintenance, technical support, and repair services for its integrated security systems. The agency needs to resolve ongoing maintenance and software licensing requirements to ensure the continuous operation of its surveillance and access control infrastructure. The scope of work covers providing licenses, activation, and system maintenance for the CCURE-9000 Access Control System Software, Exacqvision Surveillance System Software, Exacqvision Multi-Lens Camera License, and Lynx Mass Notification System Software. The selected vendor must perform annual preventative maintenance for the Exacqvision Video Surveillance System, which includes cleaning the lenses and dome covers of thirty-four IP cameras. While the performance of the work will occur offsite, eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States.
