Security Patrol Services

The government authority in Artesia, New Mexico is seeking security patrol services to protect its facilities and monitor for out-of-the-ordinary situations. The agency needs to solve the problem of overnight security by securing all facility doors and detecting issues such as broken windows, vandalism, and graffiti. The selected contractor must provide patrol services seven days a week for eight hours per day, specifically from 9:00 P.M. to 5:00 A.M. The scope of work requires patrolling all locations at thirty to forty-minute intervals each night. Patrolmen must check every door at every facility by 11:00 P.M. and wear a neat uniform that clearly identifies them as a security officer. Additionally, the agency requires a daily field report to be emailed to them at 8:00 A.M. each morning. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. All performance of the work must take place onsite at the agency facilities in Artesia. The contract period will span one year, and the agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than May 21, 2026.
