Communication Amplifier Systems

The Polk County government authority in Bartow, Florida is seeking a vendor to provide and install communication amplifier systems in county fire rescue stations. The agency needs to solve the problem of weak radio signals inside these structures for two-way radio and paging systems. The scope of work covers installing radio antenna systems composed of both bi-directional and uni-directional amplifiers, as well as any other required components. The project also requires the selected vendor to provide and install additional radio antenna systems at future stations as they are developed. Performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency has scheduled a mandatory pre-bid meeting for June 5, 2026.
