Multi-modal Probe Data Services

The North Dakota Department of Transportation in Bismarck is seeking multi-modal probe data services to obtain anonymized, crowdsourced traffic data. The agency requires Software as a Service (SaaS) access to origin-destination and travel-path statistical data for all travel modes. This data will help the agency analyze travel patterns through user-defined travel analysis zone origins and destinations, as well as defined boundaries like state borders or urbanized areas. The requested platform must allow users to define locations through map and text-based selection tools. Outputs must support tabular, map-based, and graphical reporting, and integrate with engineering design and modeling software. The agency also requires the integration of count and speed data with its existing MS2 platform, which must include daily notifications of any data inconsistencies to facilitate quality checks. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected contractor will perform all work offsite. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is currently looking for proposals to determine pricing.
