Resilience Hub Network Service

The government authority in Inkster, Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide a resilience hub network service to strengthen the social infrastructure of the county's communities. This initiative aims to build resilience and responsiveness within communities, ensuring they are better equipped to connect, withstand, and recover from climate-related disasters. The agency is partnering with community organizations and local governments to increase resilience in the face of disruptions and develop a network of resilience hubs throughout the county. Participating organizations will act as subrecipients and contractors to the county, participating in a training program designed to prepare them to enter the Resilience Hub Network. During this training, these organizations must participate in county-administered and community resilience trainings. They must also develop a Community Emergency Response Plan for their organization and the residents they serve. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. The contract period will span two years, and the agency is looking for budget proposals from bidders. The agency will host a virtual pre-bid meeting on June 10, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 15, 2026.
