The West Seneca Central School District in West Seneca, New York, is seeking a vendor to provide direct internet access services. The district needs to solve its bandwidth and connectivity requirements by securing high-speed internet circuits with no over-subscription. The project covers the delivery of two, five, or ten gigabit circuits, with district sites requiring a minimum of five gigabits per second and an option for ten gigabits per second. The scope of work requires the connection to utilize OM3 or OM4 LC multimode fiber, which is the preferred standard for the installation. The provider must assign an IP address block of slash twenty-nine or larger to the district. Additionally, the selected vendor must provide a backup Domain Name System service description and establish procedures for twenty-four-seven, real-time, direct telephone and email access to live technicians via a toll-free number.
